Woonsocket police identified the man who was arrested last week after leading police on a high-speed chase to Worcester.
According to police, Pedro Santiago is in custody and is facing multiple felony charges in three Massachusetts agencies.
Woonsocket police said they anticipate bringing felony charges as well.
