PROVIDENCE — A 57-year-old Providence man was arrested on his second driving under the influence charge after a traffic stop on Hartford Avenue at Route 6.
Edgar Lopes of 25 Rye Street was taken into custody at 10:58 p.m. Thursday by Rhode Island State Police troopers from the Scituate Barracks.
