We finally stopped by Seaplane Diner on Allen’s Avenue in Providence and now I know why it’s always busy.
Before you go just know that there is a wait for a table (there is counter seating as well) but in my humble opinion it is indeed worth the wait.
Their pancakes are some of the best I’ve eaten. Slightly crispy and entirely delicious. Full of flavor. No need to douse them in syrup because a little butter and you’re golden. I also recommend skipping the powdered sugar (not necessary, and why is it even a thing?)…
