Two people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Lincoln Monday night.
Lincoln police said they conducted a traffic stop and saw a bag being thrown out the window as the car was pulling over.
Police recovered the bag, which they said contained approximately 19 grams of crack cocaine and 12 grams of powder cocaine…
