NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WPRI) — The United States Geological Survey (USGS) says a 1.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Rhode Island late Thursday night.
The earthquake happened around 11:36 p.m. about 3 miles east of Narragansett. It was felt in Warwick, South Kingstown and Newport.
