CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have arrested three men in Cranston who are believed to be involved with a South American Theft Group.
South American Theft Groups are typically made up of foreign nationals who enter the United States illegally or overstay their visas in order to commit commercial and residential burglaries, according to the FBI.
