UPDATE: Nine-hour standoff ends as Warwick PD SWAT take suspect into custody

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — A man is in police custody after allegedly barricading himself in a residence attic with a firearm, according to the Warwick Police Department.

Tyler Bagley, 33, of Warwick, will be charged with domestic felony assault, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence and two counts of domestic disorderly conduct.
