School bus driver accused of striking pedestrian in Providence faces traffic violations

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence police said traffic violations were issued to the school bus driver who they said struck and killed a pedestrian last week.

Police said they responded to the intersection of Union Avenue and Service Road 1 for a report of a crash at about 5:47 a.m. Thursday.
