The Providence Board of Contract and Supply (PBCS) opened three bids for the sale of the old Asa Messer Elementary School on Monday, Oct. 21. The building, located at 158 Messer Street in the West End, was vacated by the Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts in 2016 and has been used as light storage for the Providence Public School District ever since.
