NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — North Providence police said a man was arrested after a vehicle stop on Saturday.
According to police, they conducted a vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue after seeing a vehicle without a license plate.
Officials said the vehicle was also unregistered.
