A Massachusetts teenager has been sentenced to prison in Fall River for shooting another teen earlier this year.
According to Easton Police, 19-year-old Anthony Lopes of Brockton pleaded guilty in Fall River Superior Court to five felony charges: armed robbery, assault and battery with a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon inflicting serious bodily injury, possessing a firearm without a license, and possessing a large-capacity firearm. He was sentenced to no less than two years and six months to no more than three years in state prison, followed by a two-year probationary period, which includes conditions of staying away from the victim.
