PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The longest government shutdown is now over, but lawmakers still haven’t come to an agreement on continuing to offer expanded Affordable Care Act (ACA) benefits.
Before signing his name to end the shutdown, President Donald Trump said Americans deserved better.
