BURRILLVILLE – A business under the same ownership for more than three decades is now up for sale, and the staff is still serving up its classic breakfast, lunch and dinner items while they wait to begin the next chapter.
Serio’s Pizzarama & Restaurant on Church Street was listed for sale last week for $650,000 with Realtor Kristen Moore.
Built in 1963, the single-story 3,200-square-foot restaurant features seating for approximately 90 guests. Current owner James Ponte started as an employee at the business year ago, before purchasing it from John Orlando in 1996.
