The man accused of stabbing former Fall River Mayor Will Flanagan was ordered back to Bridgewater State Hospital on Tuesday.
Corree Gonzales, 31, will be evaluated at the hospital to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
Gonzales is accused of stabbing Flanagan while he was walking on Hartwell Street near the dispensary he owns in October. The attack was caught on camera.
