12 displaced by Fall River apartment fire

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Three families were forced out into the cold by a fire that broke out in a Fall River apartment building Thursday night.

Fall River District Fire Chief Jason Poissant told 12 News firefighters rushed to the Bradford Avenue triple-decker for a bedroom fire that had spread to the attic. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the second floor.
