Crews knock down house fire in Cumberland

CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WPRI) — A fire that crews knocked down Monday night in Cumberland is believed to have been caused by a faulty electrical power strip.

Fire Chief Nicholas Anderson said the fire started just before 9 p.m. at a home on East Street.
