FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — A man arrested in Fall River on Wednesday morning will be extradited to Rhode Island, where he’s wanted in connection with the use of a Molotov cocktail, according to a social media post by the city’s police department.
Police said they responded to an address on the 200 block of Tecumseh Street in search of 38-year-old Armando Gonzalez, who was wanted by authorities in Rhode Island for “alleged involvement in the use of a Molotov cocktail.”
According to their post, the suspect fled on foot through neighboring yards until police found him hiding in a shed on the 300 block of nearby Snell Street. Gonzalez was taken into custody without further incident, Fall River police said.

He’s been charged in Massachusetts with Fugitive from Justice and Resisting Arrest, and will be extradited to Rhode Island to face the Molotov cocktail-related charges there, police wrote.
