RI business leader who sought asylum from Venezuela hopeful after Maduro’s capture

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Oscar Mejias, the founder and CEO of the Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, runs the Ocean State’s second-largest chamber of commerce out of a meticulously maintained historical building on Providence’s Broad Street.
