WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — The Rhode Island Police Chiefs Association is honoring retired Rhode Island State Police Colonel Steven O’Donnell with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
In a release, the organization said O’Donnell is “being recognized for his distinguished career marked by exceptional leadership, service, and lasting impact on public safety.”
