COVENTRY, R.I. (WPRI) — A popular Coventry boutique that made a name for itself by selling its products via Facebook Live throughout the pandemic will be closing its storefront next month.
The Bead Sting announced in a social media post over the weekend that the store’s last day open will be Feb. 28.
“We’ve made the difficult decision to close our storefront in Coventry,” The Bead Sting explained. “This past yea r— especially the holidays — was tougher than we imagined, and despite downsizing and focusing on our best-loved items, the foot traffic just wasn’t there to sustain us.”…
