NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Pawtucket woman turned herself in to state police on fraud charges Tuesday morning.
Amanda Cooper, 36, of Pawtucket, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. at the Wickford Barracks on charges of obtaining property by false pretenses/impersonation over $10,000 and fraudulently obtaining public assistance over $500.
