PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The vacant lot that once housed a beloved Fox Point restaurant has been sold to a developer, 12 News has learned.
The Wickenden Street property where Duck & Bunny used to be was sold for $500,000 last month to Coastway Management LLC, according to city records.
