PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence police have charged two people in connection with a drive-by shooting that sent three people to the hospital on New Year’s Day.
Police allege Vanhersing Francisco is responsible for the shooting that happened just after 1 a.m. on Berkshire Street.
Francisco, 19, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with three counts of felony assault, plus single counts of drive-by shooting and possession of a firearm without a license.
