PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — A driver suffered serious injuries after a tire came off of a vehicle and slammed into their windshield on the highway Wednesday afternoon, according to Rhode Island State Police.
Lt. Mark McGehearty told 12 News that troopers were called to I-95 in Pawtucket just after 1:15 p.m. for reports of a crash.
