PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A man convicted of manslaughter in Rhode Island was arrested during a traffic stop in Pennsylvania last week.
Pennsylvania State Police pulled over 42-year-old DeShawn A. Anderson, of Plymouth, for a vehicle code violation in Edwardsville on the afternoon of Jan. 8.
