PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence police said the suspect in Tuesday’s double shooting has turned themselves in.
Gabriel LaBoy, 18, has been charged with two counts of felony assault, and one count each of possession of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, carrying a firearm without a permit, criminal negligence, and discharging a firearm in a compact area.
