(WJAR) — Charges against a man accused of body slamming a jogger in Johnston last January have been dismissed, according to court officials.
Dana Mauch had been facing charges of simple assault, larceny and disorderly conduct after he allegedly charged at a jogger on the Woonasquatucket River bike path.
