NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) — As snow continues to pile up and cold temperatures have kept it from melting away, city and town leaders across Southern New England have had to rethink their removal process.
Starting with the Jan. 25 storm, some municipalities have had a hard time clearing side roads and sidewalks and finding places to put all the snow.
