PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — More than 100,000 air purifiers are being recalled due to fire and burn risks, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
Aroeve has received 37 reports of its air purifiers overheating, one of which caught fire and caused property damage. No injuries have been reported.
The recall specifically involves model MK04, which were sold in black and white. The impacted air purifiers have a serial number starting with “BN” and were manufactured prior to July 2025…
