State police decline charges against driver whose loose tire critically injured person

(WJAR) β€” The Rhode Island State Police Department has declined to criminally charge a driver who had a tire come loose from his vehicle and flew over the barrier on I-95 and landed on the windshield of another vehicle, critically injuring that second driver.

The incident happened on Jan. 14 on I-95 near the Walcott Street overpass in Pawtucket.
