PROVIDENCE, RI — Two Connecticut women were arrested early this morning following a motor vehicle stop on Orms Street.
Shamaneka B. Mckenzie, 32, of Manchester, Connecticut, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
Jeniqua A. Yopp, 30, of Willimantic, Connecticut, was arrested at the same time and charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty…
