Fall River men charged after gun seized at memorial service

Two Fall River men are facing weapons charges after being taken into custody during a memorial service.

Police said detectives were conducting surveillance in the area of Rock Street on Saturday, March 14, during a memorial for a homicide victim when they were informed a person was in possession of a firearm.

Officers said 22-year-old Richard Douchette was seen entering the front passenger seat of a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Alexander Allen Pinto.
