A Fall River man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty in a crash that killed a 24-year-old Taunton nurse, but the victim’s family says the punishment falls short of justice.
Andrew Sousa, 28, pleaded guilty Friday in Fall River Superior Court to motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence. A second charge of operating under the influence was dropped as part of the plea.
