(WJAR) — The Providence Police Department responded to an incident in Elmwood Avenue early Monday morning.
An NBC 10 news crew observed numerous units were near the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and Ontario Street.
There were debris on the ground, including what appeared to be a one-handed alike.
