Fall River City Council President and Chair of the Public Safety Committee Councilor Christopher Peckham have filed a motion to initiate a formal investigation into the actions of the Fall River Police Department. The move is in response to Fall River Reporter’s story From “One of the Best” to Targeted: How Fall River Police Department Weaponized a Warrant Against Ex-FRPD Officer.
