(WJAR) — A New York man accused of driving drunk in Somerset, and killing three people on Christmas day in 2023, had his day in court Monday.
Adam Gauthier, 43, had been charged with three counts of manslaughter while operating a vehicle under the influence and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
