PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A fight that broke out outside The Strand Ballroom and Theatre in Providence led to six arrests early on Sunday morning, according to the Providence Police Department.
The PPD says that they arrived at the scene on Washington St. at 2:07 a.m., and attempted to stop the fight. Participants were reportedly uncooperative and interfered with arrests, and one suspect, 32-year-old Quincy Quaye, allegedly assaulted a sergeant at the scene…
