CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WJAR) — Pawtucket Central Falls Development and RIHousing said the ribbon was cut at a 62-unit affordable housing development that covers 12 location in Central Falls and Pawtucket.
Developers said the project was funded by federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and multiple State Fiscal Recovery Fund programs.
