PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The Providence man accused of attacking another man with a hatchet in a church parking lot Monday, has apparently done this before.
NBC 10 learned he was out on bail for a previous hatchet attack, that allegedly happened at Kennedy Plaza.
