FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — A restaurant inside the Liberal Club in Fall River is shutting down after 51 years.
The popular social club, which has been around for 111 years, announced on Facebook that the kitchen, operated by Bens Foods, will be closing on June 30.
“We are deeply grateful for your loyalty, your support, and the relationships we’ve built over the past five decades. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives and your celebrations, big and small,” the club wrote. “We hope you’ll stop in over the coming weeks to share a memory, a meal, and a proper goodbye.”…
