WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — A Rhode Island-based parrot rescue is sounding the alarm after saving 71 birds from New Hampshire earlier this week.
In a social media post Tuesday, Rhode Island Parrot Rescue Executive Director Corrie Butler explained that the birds were living in an unsecured barn without electricity or running water.
