Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III has announced a fatality related to a motor vehicle crash involving a car and a truck on Tuesday May 5, 2026, on I-95 South in North Attleboro.
Massachusetts State Police were dispatched to the motor vehicle crash on I-95 South at mile marker 8 in North Attleboro at just before midnight.
Upon arrival, police located a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta wedged between the guardrail on the left side of the highway and a 2005 Freightliner M2 Crash Truck. A single operator of the crash truck, who had exited the vehicle, was located a short distance from the crash scene with life threatening injuries. That individual was identified as 48-year-old Julio Flores of Pawtucket, RI. Flores was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment and was pronounced deceased last evening, May 11, 2026.
