A Cliffside Park man was charged in a shooting that happened last month in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn. Officials say surveillance video footage shows Luis Rosario pulled a gun from his jacket and fired multiple shots at three men on Dec. 3, 2023, on a sidewalk outside of a supermarket and restaurant and across from a housing development in Brooklyn.
