Man, 29, shot on Harlem street following dispute on subway train

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – The NYPD is investigating after a man was shot on a Harlem street Wednesday following a dispute on a subway train, authorities said.

According to police, at about 4:30 p.m., a 29-year-old man got into an argument with the gunman on an A train that continued upstairs, on the corner of West 145th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.

The gunman repeatedly shot at the victim who then ran into a Dunkin’ Donuts where he collapsed.

He was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

The gunman fled the scene on foot.

An investigation is ongoing.
