EAST MEADOW, NY — After New York Islanders head coach Patrick Roy stated that playing Matt Martin and Pierre Engvall, who he barely played in the 6-3 loss to the Florida Panthers on Saturday night, was more of a Lou Lamoriello decision than his, rumors swirled about a rift between him and the Hall of Fame general manager.

Roy made it clear that finding the right fit on the fourth line alongside MacLean will be a process.
The hope is that someone will take advantage of an opportunity and win it.
