A Bronx man and a teenager face serious charges after a robbery that ended in a fatal shooting. Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced the indictment of 25-year-old Francisco Deleon and a 15-year-old for second-degree murder and other charges related to an October incident that killed 26-year-old Ali Flores. The shooting reportedly occurred during a struggle over marijuana and cash, according to the Bronx District Attorney’s office release.
