NJ drivers should be reimbursed for congestion pricing tolls: Pol

NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – Now that the federal government has reversed its approval of New York City’s congestion pricing program, the state should reimburse commuters, one New Jersey lawmaker argued.

U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer, a longtime critic of congestion pricing , said on Thursday that New York should “be prepared to reimburse every Jersey commuter” now that the future of the tolling program is unclear.
