CLINTON HILL — GOVERNOR KATHY HOCHUL has announced a request for proposals to redevelop 1024 Fulton St. into a 100% affordable housing project.
The long-vacant lot in Clinton Hill will include a senior-focused community center, addressing local needs identified through public engagement. The 12,800-square-foot site, owned by the Office of Children and Family Services, has been unused since 1997.
