N.Y. weather: Spring outlook revealed; will we see warmer than normal temps?

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — With New York City getting a recent taste of warmer temperatures, many are surely ready to embrace the change in conditions.

While spring usually brings a return to more tolerable temperatures, the months of April, May and June are shaping up to be even warmer than usual.
