Pat and Valerie Policastro say they were scammed out of thousands of dollars by a Long Island travel agency featured on News 12 last week.
They claim they booked a 14-day Mediterranean cruise through Crafty Getaways in Oct. 2024.
The couple says they paid $20,000 for the entire trip but never received any information from the agency about their trip…
